HOW TO ORDER

• To place an order, message us on our Facebook page and send a screenshot of the item you wish to purchase.
• Please note that orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis as stocks are limited.
• All transactions will be handled exclusively through our Facebook page.

PAYMENT

• Payment methods will be provided during the transaction.
• If you're unable to complete the full payment within 2 days, a reservation fee is required.
• This fee secures the item for 7 days. Failure to settle the remaining balance within this period will result in the forfeiture of the reservation fee.

SHIPPING

• Shipping & Pickup Terms Shipping Methods: Shipping will be via Flash Express, Shopee Checkout, LBC, Lalamove, Grab Express, or Drop & Go.
• Warehouse pickups are available by schedule.
• Drop & Go shipping is available by schedule, usually twice a month.
• All shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense and risk. We will pack your items as securely as possible to prevent damages during transit. However, any damage caused by the courier is not our responsibility.
• We do not hold orders. A ₱100/month storage fee will be charged for unclaimed items after a month.
